My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep curiosity about what shapes us, how we connect with others, and what allows us to create meaningful change. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be a big step, especially when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin.
I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves, work through challenges, and discover their own strengths. One of the most rewarding parts of being a therapist is watching people grow into the person they want to become, even after experiencing some of life’s most difficult moments.
While I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, I also recognize that therapy is a place for guidance, reflection, and new perspectives. I work alongside clients to explore their goals, identify patterns, develop new skills, and consider choices that align with the life they want to create.

What You Can Expect From Me
You can expect me to be reliable, supportive, and genuinely invested in the work we do together. I understand that building a strong therapeutic relationship takes time, consistency, trust, and a willingness to show up authentically.
I bring curiosity and an open mind into our sessions, while creating space for you to talk openly, explore different perspectives, and better understand yourself. I won’t expect you to have everything figured out or always know what to talk about.
My approach is collaborative and conversational. I’ll meet you where you are, offer support when you need it, and gently challenge you when it may help you see something differently. Therapy is something we do together and I want you to feel like an active part of the process!
